Softies and Soft-Zeps especially for heavy wind
We now offer in close cooperation with company Reinhardt in Denmark so-called Softies, which have to be used especially by heavy wind.
The Softies are produced 100% of synthetic according to the highest state of technology. They are available in all sizes.
The inside foam parts of the Softies are basically produced in our company.
Especially for these Softies we have also developed particular flags made of foam.
Our customers can buy all items from us or from company Reinhardt for the same price.
However, these Softies and the big “Soft-Zeps” are, like our multifarious windscreens, handmade, but still guarantee the highest state of technology.

Fur-windscreens: Softie and Windsock
There are two different designs of Softies:
On the one hand there are fur-windscreens with strong integrated inner section for direct recording of microphone.
On the other hand we offer the so called “windsock”, which can be drawn additionally onto an existing foam-windscreen. In this connection please consider that the material of the foam-windscreen may not be fine pored.
The furs are differed from STD which stands for standard and HW, which stands for High Wind. The design for High Wind is a little bit thicker and therefore more soundproof.
To indicate your broadcast station, you have the possibility to get your flag decorated with your logo. This flag can be drawn onto the microphone below the windscreen. You can find details under

Lap - Our smallest solution
We are also prepared for “small” demands of our customers. We offer a small fur-windscreen with a Velcro fastener for clip-on microphones. This one can be affixed with a clip to a chemise or blouse.
Soft-Zep
The Soft-Zep got its name due to its form, which is similar to a zeppelin. It is the best attendant for operations in extreme storm and thunderstorm scenes. You can use it as standard equipment or additionally with a windsock.
The standard equipment consists of the grip with the holding for the Soft-Zep, an intern XLR cable and the fitting adapter.
